Eligibility Criteria

PET 2025 Prerequisite
  • Mandatory valid scorecard from UPSSSC PET 2025 required to apply.
  • Candidates with zero score, negative score, or normalized score of zero are ineligible.
  • Candidates with “Under Investigation (UI)” or “Provisional” PET status may apply conditionally; final participation subject to Commission clearance.
Academic Qualification
  • 10+2 Intermediate passed from UP Board or any recognized equivalent national/state board.
  • For Craft/Music Teacher posts: 10+2 with Music as a subject OR equivalent Diploma in Music.
Professional Diploma (RCI Approved)
  • Diploma in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution, in the specific disability domain matching the applied post.
  • Sanket Schools → Diploma in Special Education (Hearing Impairment).
  • Sparsh Schools → Diploma in Special Education (Visual Impairment / Low Vision).
  • Mamata Schools → Diploma in Special Education (Intellectual Disability).
  • Physically Handicapped / Prayas Schools → Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy).
RCI Registration (CRR Number)
  • Valid and active Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) Number issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India is mandatory.

How to Fill UPSSSC Special Education 2026 Online Form

Step 1: UPSSSC has released the Assistant Teacher (Special Education) JTC/HTC Recruitment Notification 2026 (Advt No. 03-Exam/2026). Online applications are open from 06/04/2026 to 27/04/2026 .

Step 2: Visit the official UPSSSC portal at upsssc.gov.in . Log in via “Applicant Segment” → “Candidate Registration” using your PET 2025 Registration Number + Date of Birth or via OTP sent to your registered mobile/email.

Step 3: Your core demographic details from PET 2025 (including photo and signature) will be auto-populated. Manually enter your Intermediate board marks, RCI Diploma details (institution, passing date), and your CRR Number .

Step 4: Select your preferred institutional post (Sanket / Sparsh / Mamata / Prayas / Physically Handicapped School) carefully, as your declared RCI diploma must match the selected post.

Step 5: If applying under EWS category, ensure your EWS certificate is issued between 01/04/2026 and 27/04/2026 , based on FY 2025-26 income, and valid for FY 2026-27.

Step 6: Pay the application fee of ₹25/- (uniform for all categories) via SBI i-Collect or integrated net banking/UPI on the portal. Your form is only confirmed after successful fee payment.
